The Floridays Orlando Resort, a 3.5 star resort destination complete with its own water park and massive pool facilities, is best described as a quiet oasis in the middle of the magic. Located two miles from Sea World, three miles from the 2nd largest convention center in the country, and just two miles from the entrance to Disney World, Floridays Resort offers luxury and convenience for families, as well as to business travelers. Two separate phases are planned. The first phase has 6 towers with 432 luxury condo hotel suites and is nearly sold out. Phase 2 is opening soon with 5 towers and 360 units. Suites will range from 2 bedrooms (starting in the mid $300,000’s) to 3 bedrooms (starting in the very low $400,000’s). The suites will range in size from 1005 square feet to 1391 square feet.
All residences are fully furnished and come with granite countertops, plasma TV’s, Whirlpool appliances (including stove, washer & dryer, etc.), and a two-person whirlpool in the master bathroom.
