Mondrian South Beach Hotel Residences
Miami, Florida

Definitive Style & Opulence in South Beach
Introducing Mondrian South Beach Hotel Residences, an exciting new destination from the creators of Los Angeles’s Mondrian and Miami’s Delano. Located in newly fashionable Biscayne Bay, the hotel is a quiet enclave just minutes from the bustling center of South Beach with spectacular views of the ocean, bay and downtown Miami . The curvilinear modernist building has 335 studios, one and two bedrooms and penthouses designed by one of the world’s most inventive young talents: multiple award-winning Dutch designer Marcel Wanders.
Fronting Biscayne Bay on the west side of Miami Beach, this is the first project by Morgans Hotel Group - the owner of the nearby Delano hotel, the Royalton in New York, the Mondrian in Los Angeles and a new Mondrian expected to open next week in Scottsdale, Ariz. - that will include residences. There will be 335 units, including studios, one- and two-bedroom suites, 26 loft like penthouses and five rooftop tower suites, all in a renovated 16-story apartment building. The units will include furniture by Marcel Wanders, who is also the interior and landscaping designer of the project, and will be sold in whole ownership. They may be placed in a revenue-sharing rental program when owners are away. A bar in the lobby will extend outdoors to a pool area, which will have a cafe and cabanas, and inside there will be a fine-dining restaurant, a lounge and a spa and fitness center. Residents and guests will have access to the beach at the Delano.
The location is walking distance from acclaimed restaurants, as well as casual dining, coffee shops and boutiques. Positioned in the center of South Beach, it offers close proximity to landmark Lincoln Road Mall, which is lined with boutiques, brand name stores, sidewalk cafes and restaurants. Six blocks in the other direction is the exclusive South of Fifth neighborhood, with premier dining experiences and nightlife destinations. It also has convenient access to Flamingo Park, a 36-acre tree-lined sanctuary and promenade featuring a playground, aquatic center, tennis and basketball courts, a baseball diamond and a state-of-the-art football field. The property boasts direct access to one of the most vibrant cities in the world, Sunset views overlooking the downtown Miami skyline and direct access to the blue waters of Biscayne Bay. 15 minutes to Miami International Airport, and the nearest golf course is just 1.5 miles away.
