The Reunion Grande, the name of the building that contains the residences, will be 11 stories high and be comprised of 82 residences.  The residences will range from 1 bedrooms (starting in the high $300,000) to 2 bedrooms (starting in the low $400,000) to 3 bedrooms (starting in the mid  $400,000’s).  The square footage of the residences span from 750 sq ft to over 2000 sq ft.

The residences come fully furnished and equipped with designer appliances.  Other amenities include, raised panel kitchen and bath cabinets, granite countertops in kitchen and bath areas, and 12’X12’ stone flooring throughout with tile detail at the entry foyer.

Reunion Resort is located within minutes of such famed theme parks as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.  In fact, eight of the country’s top 15 tourist attractions are just a short drive from Reunion’s front gate.
