water captured by the leaves of the taro plant before it touched the earth. The new 14,000 sq. ft. Spa will span two levels - complete with water walls throughout the corridors. In addition, the new fitness center has panoramic views of the ocean.

The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua is world renowned for its culinary mastery. The Banyan Tree, the hotel's signature restaurant, is a AAA Four-Diamond restaurant featuring beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and Moloka'i. A new restaurant is being added - Kai Sushi. It is expected to rival any other sushi restaurant on the island.
