W Condo Hotels
The W brand's first condo hotel property, W Dallas Victory, opened in June of 2006. It was a stellar success and now 10 more are planned. The projected locations are South Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Austin, Las Vegas, Hollywood, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Philadelphia, Downtown Atlanta, and Hoboken.
Recent Hotel Expansions
W Austin will be the Brand's second property in Texas, following the very successful W Dallas which opened earlier this year. Other recent openings include W Maldives and W Seoul. W has announced plans for new hotels in Philadelphia,
Hollywood,
South Beach, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Hoboken. Internationally, W has announced plans for hotels in Barcelona, Athens, Istanbul, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Santiago, Dubai, Doha and Koh Samui.
